The Arab Center for International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Education (ACIHL) was established in the year 2000 by a group of human right activists and accredited legal experts. ACIHL is an independent association that aims to extend its services and activities to the entire Arab World.
The center specializes in the research, development and education of human rights and international humanitarian law.
